Return and Replacement Policies
If you have questions about our return or replacement polices, please read through the information below.
Return Policy for Electronic Products (downloadable software)
- You must request a return within 30 days of your original transaction.
- You request a return by sending an email message to exceller@aol.com, by faxing (513) 792-9546 or by sending a letter to Exceller Software Corporation, 10999 Reed Hartman Hwy, Suite 330, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
- Your request must state your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason why you don't want the software. If possible, include your receipt number.
- You will need to delete the program from your hard drive and erase any back-up copies you have created.
- Exceller will send you a "letter of destruction" that states that you removed the software from your hard drive.
- You need to sign the letter of destruction and mail it back to Exceller and then you will get a full refund.
- We will credit your credit card within 15 days after receipt of the signed letter of destruction.
Return Policy for Physical Products (CD-ROM products)
- You must request a return within 30 days of your original transaction.
- You request a return by sending an email message to exceller@aol.com, by faxing (513) 792-9546 or by sending a letter to Exceller Software Corporation, 10999 Reed Hartman Hwy, Suite 330, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
- Your request must state your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason why you don't want the software. If possible, include your receipt number.
- All returns are subject to approval by Exceller. If the request is approved, you will be contacted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to send the software.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of returned software.
- We will credit your card within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned software.
Replacement Policy for Defective Electronic Products
- DEFECTIVE software may be returned to Exceller for same-item exchange only within the first 30 days of purchase.
