Download Help
If you had trouble downloading your software purchase, you can download your software again. If you have a Yahoo! ID, are currently signed in and were also signed in at the time of the order, follow the procedures listed on this page. If you do not have a Yahoo! ID or were not signed in at the time of the order, please contact Exceller Software at exceller@aol.com or 1-513-792-9555 and alternative download directions will be sent to you.
Instructions for customers with Yahoo! IDs
Find the confirmation email that we sent you after you placed the order. If you can find that confirmation email, there will be a link directly to your electronic receipt. On the electronic receipt, there is a red "Download Now" button next to the product name. Click that button to procede. Next, enter the credit card number that you used to place the order and click the submit button. Please note that this is for verification only. Your card will NOT be charged!
If you cannot find the confirmation email or the link does not take you to your electronic receipt, you can download your software again by following the steps described below:
- Go to http://www.exceller.com.
- Click the "Download" button which is in the row of blue buttons at the top of the page.
- You are taken to a Yahoo! Shopping "My Orders" page (we are a Yahoo! Store merchant).
- Your order should be listed in the "My Orders" section. If this is the case, click on the Order ID to go to your electronic receipt.
- On the electronic receipt, there is a red "Download Now" button next to the product name. Click that button to procede.
- Next, enter the credit card number that you used to place the order and click the submit button. Please note that this is for verification only. Your card will NOT be charged!
