This is a general audience web site that is not targeted towards children. We greatly respect the privacy of children, therefore, we do not collect personally identifiable information from children at all.
The only personally identifiable information that we collect at our web site pertains to the shipping and billing information that customers provide when they place an order. All orders require a credit card that is authorized in real time. We also use an address verification service that insures that the billing information provided matches what is on record for the credit card holder. This serves as verification that the information collected is from the actual cardholder who, by inference, would be an adult as a child would not have a credit card.
We use the information collected when you place an order to process your online purchases. In the future, we may use this information to inform you about upgrades and other products.

We use this information to determine how you first found Exceller.com if you do become a customer. This information may also be necessary to compensate a member of our affiliates program if the referrer is one. This information is only collected if you place an order.
